In the quiet corners of the Kerala Café,
Where melodies once danced in the air,
We met, dear Vipin, my friend so true,
A singer whose voice was beyond compare.
In the Prabhathabheri Club House, we’d gather,
Weekends filled with songs and cheer,
But today the music fades to silence,
For you, dear Vipin, are no longer here.
Every note you sang was a whisper of grace,
A testament to the joy in your heart,
But now, the stage is empty, the lights are dim,
As we face this life where we’re apart.
How we dreamed of July’s warm embrace,
A family reunion, a promise of mirth,
But now that date is shadowed by sorrow,
As we mourn your absence from this earth.
Our conversations, like songs, will linger,
In the echoes of memories shared,
But today, I sing a lament so bitter,
For the friend whose life we dearly cared.
The club will never feel the same,
Without your laughter, your spirit, your song,
A void that time can never fill,
In the place where you truly belong.
Farewell, dear Vipin, to the skies you ascend,
May your voice be a star in the night,
Though your absence brings us endless pain,
Your legacy will forever shine bright.
