Action for Happiness helps people take action for a happier and kinder world 🌎

😃 Let's take action every day to look after ourselves and each other as we face this global crisis. We may be physically apart, but we can still be together.

Join us every morning (Mon - Fri) from 7:30-7:50am GMT to share and practice the tools that will lead us to flourishing!

Everyone's path to happiness is different. Based on the latest research, Action for Happiness have identified 10 Keys to Happier Living that consistently tend to make life happier and more fulfilling. Together they spell "GREAT DREAM"

This club is about focusing on ALL topics related to our wellbeing. If you have an expertise and want to share please get in touch so we can schedule a session for your topic.
