👩👩👦👦 As a mum with 3 kids, one with autism and anorexia, and one with Down Syndrome and Leukeamia, I know how challenging life can be and what a difference small changes can make to our quality of life.
📚 I’ve been qualified in coaching for 19 years, having worked with thousands of people, and am a FreeMind Rapid Change Therapist.
👩🏽👨🏻👩🏾🦱👱🏾♂️👱🏾♀️👩🏻🦰👩🏽🦳👵🏾🧕🏽I work with parents from different backgrounds, races, religions, beliefs, ages, abilities, disabilities, special needs, genders, sexual orientation and other aspects not listed. This is a non-judgemental, safe space and I welcome all parents who are interested in exploring their own emotional journey so they can support their kids more effectively.
