A club for those interested in yoga 🧘♀️ for 🧘🏽♂️ wellness, recovery, mental and physical health. Discussions and Q&As about how to start, why it works, yoga asana, philosophy, teaching yoga online, how to run successful yoga retreats, connecting and sharing. This Club was founded by Rachel Lovegrove, a senior certified Iyengar yoga teacher and practitioner since 1991. 🧘♀️🙏🏼💕 Respecting the teachings of BKS Iyengar who was one of the few amazing pioneer teachers of yoga who brought yoga to the West for the benefit of all.
