Parents exploring healing on Clubhouse

Description

Parenting children who experience the world differently, whether that is because of a disability, illness or behavioural difference can be challenging. Caring fir a child with special needs can bring up many different emotions including grief, anger, frustration, guilt, fear and uncertainty. In this club we explore healing from different perspectives to give parents tools and techniques that help them to embrace their experiences and connect more deeply with their children. This can increase their resourcefulness and help them to feel more positive about the future.
Respect: We all have different experiences, backgrounds and ways of doing things. Let’s start with respect and appreciate the value each person brings.
