I work as an attorney representing businesses/companies, individuals, families and pro-bono clients in all areas of U.S. immigration, with a special focus on Business/Employment based immigration. My clients range from STEM graduates, computer professionals, engineers, architects, entrepreneurs, scientists, researchers, healthcare workers, multinational executives/managers, to international entertainers, artists and athletes. I represent individuals and families in Family/marriage based immigrant visas ("green cards"). I also represent clients in immigration court proceedings; Removal/Deportation, Cancellation of Removal matters; Asylum cases; U Visas; VAWA related issues.
