We are a Chamber of Commerce based on the Sikh principles of Honesty, Integrity, Equality, Oneness & Sewa.
We are an epicentre for building new connections. TSCC is a platform to meet experts, leaders and mentors.
We believe in diversity by way of inclusion. Our members come from all walks of life, faiths and religions.
Collaboration is at the forefront of our rooms.: We will take turns speaking and not interrupt each other, or speak over one another. Moderators will mute you, if you are disruptive, and take you off the stage if it continues.
Always engage respectfully. : We will not demean, belittle, blame or attack each other, nor will we engage in put-downs, and will ask questions of each other for the purposes of gaining clarity and understanding.
Always engage authentically.: Be interested in those that you are engaging with, genuine interactions will lead to organic growth.
