We are often wrongly taught we are not good enough or taught that aspects of ourselves should be forbidden, hidden or shamed... aspects that are in fact beautiful, integral and inseparable from our being; We need to help change the idea that we are not allowed to love our bodies or to lovingly experience being in them.
Women, men, non-binary, all people.
Moms, postpartum, scars, trauma recovery, relationship recovery, self exploration, body celebration, reconnection, Whoever you are, you deserve to feel good in your body.
With UNCLAD COURAGE we create a space to experience yourself without judgement and shame. When we are vulnerable, we experience courage, we invite transformation.
