Welcome to The Therapy Confessional🧡; a safe space for those currently in therapy, those who are thinking about it, those who practice it and everyone else in between to help demystify the therapeutic experience and some of the themes we deal with in therapy.
Sessions happen on a Tuesday! 8pm GMT Check your calendars and come ready to listen, laugh, heal and learn.
