Eating Disorder Recovery - A safe, private place to share all things related to eating disorders, including the journey, the struggle, and the recovery. Are you ready to meet your new recovery bff? This is a support group... NOT for sales. : Respect privacy and the club intent. We do not allow selling from anyone - including our admins. We welcome coaches, but do not DM anyone in this group with the intent to sell. You will be banned.
We don’t speak in numbers. : Using numbers can be triggering for some. This including identifying specific weights (past or present), sizes, calories, etc. There are many other ways to describe these items without numbers.
Do not promote unhealthy habits. : Our goal is recovery or the path to recovery - always. There are many habits and rituals that impact recovery. We will correct when we hear them, please do not take it personally - we need you!
