To ‘facilitate’ means ‘to make easy’. This is the driver of Rich’s approach, balancing meeting-people-where-they-are, while holding accountability for further learning and growth.
Utilizing his 20 years experience in the field as well as work as a Counselor & Educator, he models acceptance and understanding as he approaches topics which can often feel difficult.
Rich has experience working in DV Intervention Counseling & Education/Prevention; Harm Reduction Education re: drug use & sexual health HIV/AIDS; SEL Training; Classroom Teaching; LGBTQ Community Building & Support. Director, SF LGBTQ Speakers Bureau
