🌟 Founder World Jenny’s Day - 10 Oct - held on World Mental Health Day.
Using Performing Arts and The Arts to normalize conversations around depression, suicide and their solutions.
The day celebrates mental health wellness with artists performing for 24 hours from all over the world.
🌟 🌟 🌟 World Jenny’s Day 2023 will also include a Gala Evening in London with celebrities and performers on stage and live-streaming from around the world. 🌟 🌟 🌟
Why World Jenny’s Day?
🦋 I lost my 16-year old daughter, Jenny, to suicide after she and I had an argument.
👨👩👧👧 I now also help parents of teens as well as teens, to gain skills to hold new, powerful and authentic conversations with each other, using the same process I studied, researched and expanded and which I call The Epiphany Process and which I personally used to get me through my greatest loss.
