Description
Society has conditioned us especially men to suppress their emotions which means that they have to pretend to be strong all the time even when they’re dying inside.
It’s a very big stigma in our society.
Boys are told since childhood that boys don’t cry as crying is only for girls.
Girls are conditioned to behave in certain ways.
We are told to have a great IQ and we completely suppress our EQ.
