Positive Neuroscience (PosNeuro) is an emerging field that investigates the brain mechanisms underlying positive or optimal human functioning and flourishing. To explain the neurobiology underpinning positive psychological and brain health, positive neuroscientists use neuroimaging techniques like EEGs, fMRIs, tDCS, etc...

Basically this is the field that investigates what we as humans “do well” and how we could improve those things and ourselves! 💯 🧠

Topics in PosNeuro and in this club will heavily overlap with those in positive psychology, performance sciences and learning sciences, as well as basic neurosciences.

Knowledge & Evidence Focus!: Positive Neuroscience is a space to learn about and explore science and no therapy will be offered in rooms. The focus is on the evidence & research behind positive cognitive development and function!
