My mission is to disrupt old ways of thinking & develop a pipeline of diverse, inclusive leaders to lead our corporations into the future.
My passion for learning & supporting people was born when I became a Mother as a teenager — the set of experiences that came with being a young Mom exposed me to stereotypes, activated empathy, led me to mature quickly & early, shaped my worldview, and has heavily influenced who I am today.
