The Global Leadership Community Club 𝔾𝕃ℂC is a self-managing Leadership Learning Laboratory. Centralized top-down thinking is over. For humanity to progress we need diverse and disruptive viewpoints which allow new ideas to surface. Through our participation in the GLC we have developed our collective mindset and the capability to see the truth of diverse perspectives. We utilize world cafe and other forms of collaborative conversations to empower individuals and communities. Conversations range from Lessons from Japan, Relationships to Time, Embodied Leadership, Collective Intelligence, Cross-cultural communication, Empowering teams, Levels of existence and Conversations with Dragons. Our work is supported by the following principles:


1. Effortless Effort

We practice working from choice and in alignment with our values.

2. There's Nothing to Fix.

We practice responding to life as it is comes to us rather than from how we think it should be.

3. Assume Best Intentions.

We assume that actions of others come from the intention to benefit the greatest good.

4. Every Voice Matters.

We practice listening to every voice, spoken or unspoken.

5. We Listen for Emergence.

We practice entering conversations with curiosity and listening for what wants to arise.

6. Distributed Leadership.

We practice supporting everyone's greatest qualities to shine in community and encourage leaders to align accountabilities with their leadership challenges.

7. We Encourage playfulness, experimentation and life-long learning.
