Health both mental & physical as I am neurodivergent & so are my kids. Fascinated by the gut brain connection. Youโll find me learning about sleep, psychology, autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, introversion, HSPs, tinnitus, & autoimmune illness.
Meditate daily & yoga helps me with my ego!
