🔥MY WHY🔥
I was about to finish grad school when I survived an abduction that nearly ended my life in 2016. My training in clinical psych, stress mgmt, mindfulness, values alignment & advocacy cultivated my path of healing.
I returned full circle to the art of healing to help others overcome obstacles, face their fears, lean into the mess of life, and live in an authentic and meaningful way.
