Thirtysomething didn’t look the way I thought it would. My kids and my marriage had really taken so much out of me and I had forgotten who I was.

I literally just woke up one day, looked in the mirror and couldn’t recognize the person staring back at me. This was the lightbulb moment that I needed to begin to change my life.

I started out small, taking it one day at a time. I began to overhaul everything in my life. I accepted support like I’d never done before, I took accountability for where I was in my life and accepted personal responsibility for the choices I’d made to get there. I started investing in myself, spending my time, energy and resources on becoming a better version of myself.

This journey has NOT been easy, but every step has gotten me closer to who I am now, and who I know I want to become. Now I want to help other BADASS women just like YOU to take the steps to rediscover their awesomeness, just like I did. That’s what “MAKEOVER YOUR LIFE” is all about.
