I own Canterbury Baking School in Kent, England. As featured on BBC Documentary ‘In Our Times’.
I am an expert on sourdough bread. I am passionate about the health benefits of using a diversity of grains to improve gut health. We mill our own heritage grains to make the healthiest bread, pasta, pizzas, and plant based/vegetarian food.
I am excited to be collaborating with an Italian masterchef to hold a Vegetarian/Vegan Culinary Retreat in Italy this year 🇮🇹❤️🍎🥕🌽🥗🥖👨🍳🌾
