Coaching Philosophy: Everyone is complex and everyone has a story. Your entire life history is written into your body at the deepest level. The way you stand, move and relate is the result of experience, genetics and physiology.
As a teacher, this makes my work both wildly difficult and incredibly fascinating. Which is why, when I program, it’s not just reps and biomechanics. It’s human narrative, history and spirit. It’s a system that touches the whole animal.
