💜💜I’m a Calm Confidence Coach, speaker and author. I help heart-centered entrepreneurs to change their beliefs from “No I can’t” to “Yes I can”.
I have developed a unique coaching model on calm confidence, I have a published book on how to have your ego work with you rather than against you, I have performed on over 1000 stages, interviewed on different radio stations like WLW and ABC, I have over 20 years experience in the event based industry and published author living in Toronto, Ontario. ⛵️⛵️On a sailboat in the middle of a tropical storm, I realized that the only way to survive was to ignore the chaos and fear and calmly face the storm head on. I teach heart-centered entrepreneurs how to navigate their own storms and go from chaos to calm confidence to create a business and life they love.
I have completed a Masters NLP Certificate and elite business training under some of top coaches in the world. Twenty years of experience in the events-based industry along with my performance and dance background ensures I always deliver an element of fun and high energy to every audience.

I’m a Zumba instructor and Certified Personal Trainer🔊📀. I volunteer with children helping them to create a goal of contribution for their community👨👩👧👧👨👧👦.
