🇬🇧UK based property investor and landlord, runner, ex yacht skipper, traveler, sailor, skier, Diver! Currently involved in our family business in the caravan mobile home park industry with holiday homes in Worcestershire Uk.

Travelled to Australia and NZ in 1987 which was the start of a 13 year travel odyssey on land and water. Skippered an Oyster 55 at the age of 25 around the Mediterranean, Caribbean and the US east coast.
My final passage was taking a Palmer Johnson 65ft Sailboat from Hawaii to Vancouver.
Having spent the summer of 1999 cruising from Vancouver my girlfriend and I decided to return to her hometown of Portland Oregon. We made the move into property but having completed our first property,
due to family circumstances I had to return to the UK in 2000.
My father passed away in June of that year so I had to make the tough decision to stay in the UK and to help with the running of the caravan park business.
I’ve acquired a small number of investment properties along the way including an HMO and made a load of mistakes over the last twenty years but the journey continues!!!
I’m open and honest and not here on CH to sell anything but happy to help anyone with advice and encouragement! Never let a losing trade or bad investment keep you down! Losing money and getting into debt can lead to despair and real mental health challenges! Self doubt can lead to a lack of action which only prolongs the agony! Take action, be better and evolve!! Plan to dive and dive the plan, do your passage plan and knowing your destination work out your ETA!! Avoid the storms and the shark infested waters if at all possible but know they are out there!! Keep the faith as arrival at the destination is not negotiable!
