I’m a teacher of teachers and a lifelong learner of that which heals

I’ve traveled the globe for twenty years teaching movement pros about back pain, rehab practices, injury management, fascia, breathing, recovery, pain and stress resilience practices.
Diagnosed with spondylolisthesis, herniations, degenerated discs, stenosis, scoliosis and SIJD
I was bummed to find out (the hard way) that a holistic, integrated, empowered plan of care, coaching & support for people with back pain does not exist.
