Iām a 1st generation Italian-American who is passionate about studying, learning, and understanding the people and world around me. Meditation, yoga, and naps are important practices for my self-care. I find great joy in being creative and being helpful.
ā¤ļøMy Convictions:
Honoring a personās intersectional identities and culture is very important to me. Teaching and demonstrating to others to do the same is my lifeās calling.
š¹What I do:
I am a 25+ years teacher of science in a premiere performing arts high school in NYC. (Fame!) Science subjects include: psychology, chemistry, earth science, environmental science, forensic science, and health.
I help veteran teachers engage students by creating exciting, equitable classrooms where students complete their work. š©š»āš«
I am excited to connect w/ other educators & ed leaders to discuss topics in STEM/STEAM, Equity, Social Justice, Education Policy, Mental Health, & how to incorporate new tools & strategies into the K-12 classroom.
