👩🏽🏫 I’ve trained pre-school teachers with workshops to promote and teach their young students about Recycling practices
🪅 one occupational therapy I love is making recycled paper sculpting in form of Alebrijes. You might have never heard this word before, and there are different variants depending the material they are made of, so to simplify it: I use a similar technique to building piñatas but the Alebrije is a surrealist looking creature instead.

🎼🎹 music is my fourth language but I’m missing over a decade of practice 😳
I also speak fluently Spanish 🇪🇸 and French 🇫🇷
Raised omnivore by a wonderful mother understanding the power of plant based food and a generous empowering vegetarian father🌿
