- How to make ancient, powerful models of self-transformation accessible to all humanity
- How to reimagine systems of education in faith based communities (from 2010-2020, founding CEO of a progressive, Montessori lab school in religious community that scaled and gained international acclaim)
- How to solve the gender gap in non-profit leadership and create more opportunities for women to lead (There are more women in the workforce, yet more men in leadership roles. Hmm.)
- How to create healing collectives for adult survivors of child sexual abuse
What I do/am passionate about❤️❤️ ❤️:
- Community activist and advocate: education reform, gender equity, amplifying creative voices, mental health awareness, increasing support for trauma survivors
- Coach and consultant to entrepreneurs, philanthropists and NPOs on systemic change, adaptive leadership, organizational strategy, fundraising and outreach
- Strategic advisor: creating (and sustaining!) progressive movements for change in insular communities, the intersection of innovation and tradition
- Published writer, storyteller, speaker, documentary filmmaker
- Jewish meditation facilitator and teacher
