🇮🇳 Satya means “truth” and is pronounced “Suth-yuh”

➡️ I am a coach, educator, and creator who has developed programs and provided services that have helped 1000s of professionals over the past 10+ years manage their careers, develop their professional skills, navigate challenging work/life situations, and pursue work that is meaningful and in alignment with their lives. As a life long learner, I am constantly engaged in learning new skills.

➡️ I designed and implemented a 12 week coaching program that was offered to 1000+ employees in the US & UK during a time of organizational restructuring at WeWork. I hired, trained, and managed a team of 20+ coaches for this program.

Personally, I am very passionate about mental health, the wellness space and living a gluten & dairy free lifestyle + researching how to manage a chronic health condition called hidradenitis suppurativa. I’m also a mom who has navigated the ups and downs of returning to work and co-parenting.
