Collaborative Divorce on Clubhouse

This Club is a place for interdisciplinary Collaborative Divorce professionals (lawyers, mental health professionals and financial professionals) to share our experience and knowledge with each other and the public. It is open to those who are curious about learning how to divorce in a way that is consistent with our CORE VALUES like dignity, integrity, mutual respect, transparency, authenticity, empathy and compassion.

Collaborative Divorce is a model and a mindset. It is being practiced in all 50 states and several other countries like Italy, England, Scotland, Australia, Germany.

The core construct involves skillful and specially trained professionals working together for the benefit of the couple and their family. The interdisciplinary teams consist of lawyers, mental health coaches and financial neutrals-the same professionals needed in a traditional divorce, except we work together in private, out of court settlement conferences. We facilitate constructive dialogue between couples. By improving communication in a safe space, couples are empowered to reach lasting and mutually satisfying final agreements.

We don’t go to court and we don’t threaten to go to court. We like it that way!
