I am a Native American from Southern California.Living sober and working in rehab and sobriety settings to help individuals live there lives free of alcohol and drugs .In today’s world everything is disposable people, families and cultures . I have started teens at risk programs in federal prison and practiced yoga for years while incarcerated. Sweatlodge and ceremony is a way of life and today Tunkashilla has blessed me with 25 years of sobriety 🌩🔥✨ . I spent 13 years in federal and state prison and California youth authority as a minor . The language in my home as a child was the (language of violence) . The true path to self starts at childhood trauma .
