My background is as a Wellness practitioner and Community worker.
Since the pandemic in March 2020, I retrained as a Life Coach and then did various Nature based and Personal Development courses. 🌿
Now, I help Leaders and Busy Professionals who want to enhance their natural abilities and be more productive to take care of themselves, others and the planet. I provide a transitional safe space for my clients to share their experiences and learn.
I do this work because I have a vision and mission to improve peoples lives by valuing listening and treating them with respect, ensuring they are equally heard and their rights maintained. I also promote diversity to my clients. I love to see my clients self esteem and confidence grow and I support them in this on their journey to 🙌transformation. Identifying their passions and purpose encourages a positive mindset and growth mentality. Which is a winning formula to success.
I enjoy helping to reconnect people to their inner world and continue a path of self love healing and acceptance.❤️
