Experienced Owner with a demonstrated history of working in the food production industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Marketing Management, Business Planning, Consumer Products, and Retail. Strong business development professional with a Major in Economics and Business Administration and a second Major focused in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from UNED.

In 1963 the Vidal family founded Vidal Candies, in the Spanish town of Molina de Segura, with a clear objective: to satisfy the needs of consumers worldwide. With this as an ever present horizon, Vidal Candies soon became a pioneering brand in the manufacturing and marketing of confectionery products.

Currently, we maintain a surface area of more than 210,000 square meters of modern machinery designed to the manufacturing, stockage and shipment of confectionery products. We have a production capacity of 75 million units per day, which makes us the first domestic manufacturer of our sector.

The continuous improvement in our machinery and the increasing investment in resources, as well as in Research & Development, have turned Vidal Candies, into a leading pioneering company in techniques of new product development, packaging and design.

With regard to the creation of innovative products, Vidal Candies in 1997 was the first manufacturer of filled jellies, with the launch of our Jelly Filled Strawberries, which mirror the real image of a freshly picked strawberry. Vidal has also been a pioneer with the launch of innovative concept products, such as pectin filled marshmallow fizzy filled and juice filled bubble gums, sour coated and filled licorice, etc.., Products with a high commercial value that have been accompanied by a major marketable success.

The creativity in packaging formats, flavors and textures; the innovation in designs and the continuous novelties launched in the market have made Vidal products a permanent success amongst consumers.
