𝗜 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿, 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵.
After recognizing my path was leading me away from God and my highest potential, I knew I had to make a change or risk losing a full life lived.
In August of 2017, on the heels of a painful second divorce, loss of a child, and multiple job losses, I decided to walk away from a toxic work environment and 26 years of working for others across multiple industries.
As a father of 4, I walked away with NO job in hand.
I answered a call to take His hand, get out of the boat, walk on water, and help others achieve their own breakthrough.
The day I walked away back in 2017, I began looking for a new opportunity on LinkedIn. I had written more than 2000+ journals about my life, losses I had endured, and subsequent learnings in tandem.
As a result, I began to share those with the LinkedIn community.
The rest is history.....,
Since that time, I have worked to grow a following of over 275,000 people, and my content has been viewed more than 100M times.
Founded in January of 2018, the LeadIn Social team is an experienced group of very passionate, enthusiastic, and proficient individuals who are excited to see your business and influence grow.
Our goal was and still is to provide entrepreneurs and business leaders a human alternative to automated or bot-driven lead generation and appointment setting services.
