Bio
My name is Lori English and I am a licensed Social Worker with a Masters degree in Mental Health.
I work with women and families individuals to integrate Mental health with Mind-body skills.
I worked in many systems whether it be a psychiatric hospitals , schools, and mental health.
My advance training helped me to work with all types of people with mental Illness and Trauma.
Mental Health is my journey along with using Mindfulness Practice along with Self -Compassion.
