This Club will discuss topics of nutrition, health, fitness and wellness that all pertain to the woman 40+. My name is Stacey Hill and I am 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘋𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘯. I serve YOU- the midlife woman who wants to take control of her nutrition and health, and 𝘚𝘛𝘖𝘗 𝘋𝘐𝘌𝘛𝘐𝘕𝘎! My ultimate goal: to help you reach optimal health and #LoveYourBody.
