JIVA (pronounced jee-va) is a Sanskrit word that literally means ‘living being’ and represents:

💞 the whole experience of being alive

☮️ from darkness to light
☯️ from suffering to healing
🕉 from ignorance to wisdom
💟 from separation to unity
💞 the awareness of our self seeking a more profound integration and a more consistent harmony.

As a result of our spiritual practice, love, devotion, wisdom, and grace, we eventually experience JIVAN MUKTA, the state of liberation and spiritual freedom, in this life and beyond.
