๐Take a deep belly breath in through your nose, while mindfully counting to 5.
๐Exhale to that same mindful count of 5. Repeat. Set your timer and do this for as long as youโre able or that feels right. My โจmagic timeโจ is 5 mins. Now doesnโt that feel AMAZING? ๐
