I work 1-1 and in small collaborative environments to challenge perspectives, improve, and optimise teams (families!) holistically. Complex trauma and men’s mental health advocacy is my jam. Huge fan of dynamic psychoanalytic psychotherapy. How you do one thing is how you do everything, etc unless… - and yes let’s talk about digestion and addiction and the pretty bits and the ugly bits and absolutely let’s talk about sex.
