Description

Krav Maga is a hand-to-hand fighting system developed by Imi Lichtenfeld in the 1930s.

One of its core principles is to use simple, yet effective techniques to end a fight as quickly as possible and get home safely. Combining elements from various martial arts such as aikido, boxing, wrestling, judo and karate, Krav Maga has gained widespread commercial popularity and is now recognized as one of the most legit, no-nonsense self-defense systems around.

In its military application it is the principal fighting system used by the IDF and has since been adopted by various militaries and law-enforcement agencies worldwide.
