💫 Dyslexia is one of the most common reading disabilities. Why is it so many children and adolescents continue to sit in the classroom daily and remain undiagnosed and/or misdiagnosed?
💫 Being a young, single parent of a Neurodivergent, Dyslexic son, it was rare to see anyone that looked like my son and I. There was a lack of representation as I often was ignored.
💫 I personally understand the frustration and being alone with a support group that understood what you are experiencing.
💫 I used my experience as a former educator and dyslexia parent journey to create a safe space to share ideas and gaining knowledge and tools to help with parenting a child with Dyslexia.
💫 My mission is raise awareness, advocate, and change the narrative for Dyslexia Parents by providing key tips and techniques to maneuver and positively navigate the Dyslexia Parent Journey.
