A Little About Me

Coming from a dysfunctional family with ‘taboo’ & ‘trauma in the mix I drew in toxic relationships, drama and more trauma into my adult life.

Until the universe physically opened my heart.

At 39 after giving birth to my second child I was told, whilst still on the operating table, that I had a life threatening heart condition that required urgent open heart surgery.

After the op I took myself to Bali solo for a short trip to take in what had happened and what my learning was from it.

On my return I retrained in all I do now and my life really started at 40. Ready to live the next 40 years a very different way to the first 40.
