So! I’m an Executive and Leadership Coach. I work with executives in senior leadership positions who need to make a step change (or swerve) with a move into a bigger role or bigger organization.
I previously worked in Deloitte Consulting in what they call ‘Human Capital’ - a term I really don’t like - I designed and implemented leadership development programmes for clients and discovered over numerous cohorts and over several years that the more 1-2-1 time that participants spent with me, the more successful the programme, so that awoke a deep hidden realisation that coaching is my purpose and now I coach teams and individuals within the work context, bringing positive change and improved results.
I’m a bit of a course junkie 🧐 and fascinating by the intersection of neuroscience, behavioural science, somatic (full body) intelligence, quantum physics, synchronicity, positive psychology... you get the picture 😏😂
I have co-founded three diverse businesses throughout my career.
I was born in Jordan because my father worked for the United Nations across the Middle East for 40 years. I have lived and worked in Ireland, England, Singapore, HongKong, Israel, Lebanon, Syria, USA.
