🧬Humans and plants have an interwoven relationship extending far back into our history. Our bodies have evolved in constant conversation with plants, developing receptor sites for chemicals only the plants produce. When we turn to plants for healing, we access a strength much bigger than our species. Now more than ever, humanity needs the healing collaboration of medicinal plants.
🌿 I distill the timeless wisdom I learned from my herbal studies & personal journey into practical steps towards living a purposeful, vibrant life.
➕ Patching up bruised & over-exerted participants of gatherings, festivals, protests & disaster zones with a network of wellness practitioners at mobile herbal first aid clinics & wellness spaces, sometimes in tandem with medical & psychedelic harm reduction teams.

🍄 Psychedelic support with herbal medicine. Participant in the psychedelic underground and took a 10 year sober break before circling back around. 🍄Completed two 6-month courses by SoundMind Institute for clinicians to deepen our understanding and practice of trauma-informed psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.🍄and a Addiction Recovery & Psychedelic Integration Coach program by Being True To You.
