From “parts work” to IFS, from Jungian archetypes and autonomous complexes to Evil Kermit, the idea that *everyone* has multiple selves—a “symphony of selves” they can learn to better orchestrate and harmonize—has never been more popular or useful. Acknowledging the reality and value of our selves while learning to shift “into the right mind at the right time” helps catalyze intra-personal, inter-personal, and perhaps transpersonal paradigm shifts.
