My personal journey in mental health
Ages 2-8 Labeled ADHD, Bipolar, OCD, ODD, Tourette’s, and other things.
Was tormented, enraged, self hating, & violent
Was on 2000+ mg of meds a day
Went to top doctors in the country
Attempted suicide 3 times by age 10
Institutionalized several times
Told would never be functional
Set to be institutionalized for life
Parents took a different path
Found mentors that changed my life
Been symptom and meds free for over 20+ years
On an endless path of growth and learning
Been helping neurodivergent families, children, and adults globally for 15 years.
