Those of us who are blessed with 🧠ADHD 🧠, share a unique experience of the world 🌎 . 

Maybe you were the "disruptive student" diagnosed as a child. Maybe you just had our ADHD awakenings very recently as adults. Maybe you think you might have ADHD but don't even know where to start.

But when you meet another person from anywhere in the world 🌎 who describes a workplace 💼 challenge or relationship issue that you instantly relate to, you know that you belong to the same tribe. 

Squirelly 🐿️ is a space to talk about the shared experiences of ADHD, as an emerging and distinct sub-culture, lifestyle and identity.

We laugh at the jokes about being distracted by squirrels 🐿️ because we know they are true. But we also claim the noble Squirrel 🐿 as our spirit animals:

🐿️ We dart quickly between newly discovered interests.

🐿️ Some find us annoying, but many more find us adorable.
