I provide peak-performance training, coaching + consulting to college athletic programs which build on expanding our champion mindset, developing PRECISE HABITS and mental toughness;
maximizing each athlete's human potential.
My big project this year is with Coach Nick Bollettieri. It’s a program to help young people to develop mental efficiency in sports and in life.
