🏉 🏋️♂️ Sport/exercise fanatic, played a lot of rugby in my younger years, even dabbled in some fitness model / ambassador’ing for a well-known sports nutrition brand in my early twenties. Love a challenge that tests mental and physical resolve. Coolest one I’ve done to date was back in 2014 when I cycled 2600 miles from London to Morocco and back in just 13 days. 9 months prior I didn’t own a bike and had zero road cycling experience 🚴♀️.
📖 Mostly interlinked but topics of interest include: longevity, human performance, nutrition (particularly the ketogenic diet), biohacking, adventure/exploration, mental toughness/resilience, digital asset investing and all that lies between.
