Fasting is not starving yourself: We distinguish periods of fasting with starving yourself. Fasting is availability of food to eat but choosing not to for a period of time. Starving is nonavailability of food to eat but you want to. ๐
Realize not everyone needs to fast: As much as we love fasting in this club, bioindividuality dictates that not everyone is going to need to fast. As such, there is no competition about who can fast the longest. Fast better instead! ๐๐
Respect others and mute your microphone: A problem on Clubhouse when people come up on stage is they forget to mute themselves. Until the default setting is mute, please remember to always hit the microphone to turn it off when not speaking.
