I am a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner. Having suffered domestic abuse, grief, homelessness and physical pain, I dedicated over 20 years learning how to heal myself mentally, emotionally and physically.

I have now dedicated my life to guiding troubled souls to let go of the past, heal and create a brighter positive future.
I offer physical and virtual healing, as well as coaching in order to provide the tools needed to let go of all the emotional baggage attached to their past, in order that they can move on in a positive way.
It’s never too late to re-write your story.
